Refund policy

Effective Date: March 26, 2025

At 24 Karrat Fashion, every piece is carefully selected and quality-checked before it leaves our hands. Because of the nature of our drops and limited inventory, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed and confirmed.

We encourage all customers to review sizing guides, product descriptions, and photos carefully before completing a purchase. If you have any questions about an item prior to buying, please reach out to us before checkout — we're happy to help.


Exceptions

We will only consider a resolution in the following circumstances:

  • Wrong item received — If you received an item different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your proof of purchase and photos of the item received.
  • Damaged item — If your order arrived damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your proof of purchase and clear photos documenting the damage.

In either case, we reserve the right to offer a replacement (subject to stock availability), store credit, or refund at our discretion.
