All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue items, or adjust pricing at any time without prior notice. Product images on our website and social media are as accurate as possible, but slight variations in colour may occur due to screen settings.

We make no guarantee that any item will remain in stock after your browsing session.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Jamaican Dollars (JMD) unless otherwise stated. International customers will be subject to the applicable exchange rate at the time of payment.

We accept payments via the methods listed at checkout or communicated through our social media channels. Prices are subject to change without notice. Full payment is required before an order is confirmed and processed.

5. Pre-Orders

By placing a pre-order, you agree to pay in full (or the required deposit) upfront to secure your item. Pre-order timelines are estimates and may be subject to change due to supply or shipping delays. Pre-orders are non-refundable once confirmed, unless 24 Karrat Fashion is unable to fulfil the order. In that case, a full refund or store credit will be issued.

An order is only considered confirmed once payment has been received and acknowledged by 24 Karrat Fashion. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, payment issues, or stock unavailability, and will notify you promptly if this occurs.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Local (Jamaica): Delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services once the order has been dispatched.

International: International shipping rates, duties, taxes, and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. 24 Karrat Fashion is not liable for delays, losses, or confiscation of items by customs authorities.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

9. Social Media & WhatsApp Orders

Orders placed via Instagram or WhatsApp are subject to the same terms as all other purchases. Screenshots of order confirmations, payment receipts, and agreed pricing serve as binding records of your transaction. 24 Karrat Fashion is not responsible for orders lost due to miscommunication on platforms outside of our website.

All content on the 24 Karrat Fashion website and social media pages — including photos, videos, logos, copy, and branding — is the property of 24 Karrat Fashion and may not be reproduced, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
