Shipping policy

1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation once your payment has been received and your order is being prepared.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. 24 Karrat Fashion is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
2. Local Shipping (Jamaica)
We offer flat-rate shipping on all orders within Jamaica.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your parish and courier availability. Remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery windows.
3. International Shipping (United States)
We currently ship to the United States. International shipping rates are calculated based on package weight and destination and will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and do not account for customs clearance, which may add additional time.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees charged by their country upon delivery. These charges are outside of 24 Karrat Fashion's control and are not included in your order total or shipping fee.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. If an item is refused or abandoned at customs, no refund will be issued.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp (where applicable). You can use this number to monitor your delivery through the relevant courier's website.
If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us.
6. Lost, Stolen or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, 24 Karrat Fashion is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. However, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim or investigating the issue with the courier on your behalf.
For international orders, please allow the full estimated delivery window before reporting an order as missing.
7. In-Store Pickup
Customers in May Pen are welcome to arrange in-store pickup as an alternative to delivery. Please contact us via Instagram or WhatsApp to schedule a pickup time before visiting.
